All Rates will be individually priced based on determining your specific needs. We can discuss fair rates and nonprofit prices for your customized content.

Environmental Education

Consultations & Classes: schedule a meeting, consultation, class, or workshop with me. I offer a variety of Environmental Education topics that can be applied in classrooms, organizations, and community events. Review the range of topics I can help address.

Writing Services

Website Content, Articles, Blogs, Press Releases, Grant Writing: approximately $30-$50/hour, or $.10 - $.15 per word. Work that requires technical specificity may require additional time and research.

Editing & Proofreading: $10/page - $25 minimum charge.

Email Newsletters: monthly email newsletters $50, twice-monthly $100, etc. - text content only. Additional fees will be assessed to design and send email newsletters.

Social Media Content: additional fees for social media content of any articles, blogs, newsletters, or content.

Virtual Assistant

Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator: approximately $30-$50/hour, depending on role and scope. Work that requires technical specificity may require additional time and research.

Research and Course Assistance: $20 - $30/hour - $50 minimum charge.

Website or Product Organization: monthly updates $50, twice-monthly $100, etc. - basic updates only. Additional fees will be assessed to process and organize online orders.

Social Media Management: $25 - $50/hour for social media packages and account management. Price varies depending on the scope of work.

Invoicing

I can provide invoicing via PayPal. Invoices are sent upon completion of a project, or a payment schedule can be discussed for ongoing projects.

If you prefer to pay by check, Venmo, Zelle, or any other payment method, please let me know.

Policies

All content I create and manage for you is completely customized to your organization, business, website, social media platform, or other digital or print media. Upon payment, the proprietary information, ownership, and rights of the customized content will be 100% yours to use and edit as you please.

Basic edits and requested changes are included in the original pricing. For more advanced requests, a $50 fee may be incurred. This fee is determined based on feedback and length of time for requested edits or project updates.

Payments that are received after the set due date will also incur a $50 late fee.
